Had my HR discussion with BoA and found that they don't have any year end bonus component. It is weird given every bank has that apart from the CTC. Do they have any other reward / bonus and it they don't have, why it is so ?

I will be losing on a lot of bonus if I join Cognizant. Should I negotiate on my CTC adding my bonus in my base salary or ask them to compensate for the lost bonus as joining bonus

Also, I had a retention clause with my current company for a certification I did, which was costly; can I ask Cognizant to consider paying it?

Has anyone received a sign-on bonus with a clawback provision and avoided paying it back after leaving early (i.e. before the provision expired)? They say it’s about connections, but my connections are limited especially in these fields. I am constantly ghosted by recruiters and managers on LinkedIn. I have film PA experience, but other than that my background is in retail. Any advice going forward?
