My Current Status:

Previous Company: Last Working Day (LWD) was Jan 23rd. (Currently technically Unemployed).

Offer A (JPMC): Joining Date is tomorrow, Feb 2nd.

Offer B (Microsoft): I received the verbal offer and signed the initial pdf. Bgv verification is pending and HR said we usually recommend candidates not to resign before bgv is cleared

I feel I should be Senior SE in Microsoft (level 63) but when I got microsoft offer last year the HR said it is the maximum they can give. Fixed base is 28 LPA. People in my team they don't come with me for breaks. (They blame the timings are different since they sit in crits but i don't think so because they have their own group of friends to go with)

Secondly, when my team members see me in cafeteria we expect they'll sit with us but people here are being rude they directly go and sit with their friends they don't call you to join. ( atleast they could have said they are accompanied)
