As many folks in this group know, insurance is quite a hassle to work with. It feels like they have entire departments dedicated to reject claims or innovative/new and leading edge treatments. We have been able to find treatment that is working for us (finally after a 3 year struggle) but we are hitting a wall with insurance. We have barely utilized our $50k lifetime benefit. Is there a way to appeal to a sponsoring PPMD to consider this expense as equivalent to surrogacy/adoption and get reimbursed? Has been a tough tough road and would appreciate any contacts or recommendations from others who have had luck speaking with a sponsoring partner.

I recently did a job interview and I made it clear to the HR my expectation salary is 60k a year, non negotiable.
Today I got the job offer and they are offering me 54k. My current company is making me 50k with tons of benefits which is why I am asking for 60k.
