I am interviewing for Product DS role for India and have completed all round except for Googlyness and Leadership. It's been almost a month since my recruiter told they would be moving my profile ahead for Googlyness round and floating it to HM currently hiring, as a match is found my Googlyness will be scheduled.
Is this normal, also what could be the time needed for Googlyness to be scheduled in this case?

I've had 2 rounds of interviews at Google (UK) for a non-tech role in Platforms & Ecosystems (L4/L5). Recruiter told me that I've been selected for the final rounds (GCA + Leadership Interview). From his feedback, one thing they wanted me to improve on was the GCA Questions. Would anyone have any tips on how to prepare for these? I've checked some of Jeff Sipe videos online but would appreciate any support! I find GCA quite stressful...

From recruiter reach out to scheduling the first RRK interview it has taken 7 weeks ! Is that normal or they are going thru the motions ? I am confused how serious they are about filling the role

Currently scheduling “on sites” for a S&O role in CA. My referrer said they can hire as L5 or L6. Would like to land in the L6 bucket as I’ve heard 5 --> 6 is one of the more challenging promotions.

I’m looking for info on what the real difference is in responsibilities (manager vs IC, cross functional vs focused, etc) so I can focus on checking the L6 boxes during my interviews.

I’m also curious about whether this is something that I should just discuss with my recruiter directly?
