I'm interviewing at stripe and looking for some guidance on the TC I should push for. I'm an L6 at google non-tech with 10 YOE but in a fairly niche / sought after role. I'm based in a tier 2 Midwest location but It seems like stripe doesn't care as much about this. Anyone have a similar story?

I interviewed with Citi 3 weeks ago (London) and haven’t heard back since. I felt the interview went well. Interviewer told me that I will hear back in a couple of weeks as the entire floor is hiring at the moment and HR is swamped. She said it in such a positive tone/way as well. I emailed HR last week and have not heard back. Is this normal? The wait is gruesome. Not sure if I’ve just been ghosted or if this is normal.
