I am losing confidence in myself.
I’ve experienced a few rejections during my job search and I am still trying. Each one has not been teaching anything to be honest. What advice helps candidates maintain momentum after setbacks? Growth remains my focus but I feel lost.

We're dealing with the most difficult job market in a long time, so don't be too hard on yourself. You can't take rejections personally, especially these days. Organizations are nervous about the economy and hesitant to hire and even those that hire someone take forever to do it. Just keep at it, persistence is what will work for you.

What features do you look for when looking for payment and merchant services? Got an offer from a startup for 19.5LPA.
Its base is 15L, and I'll be getting 124800 in-hand.

I have 3.5 yoe in typescript/react/NEXTjs fullstack. Out of which only 10 months are on a full time role, rest of time was freelancing.
I am also an open source contributor for some NEXTjs related tooling.
