I work as a membership manager in a tech-related, non-profit startup.Main tasks are taking care of members activities (newsletters, webinars, surveys, CRM - but not directly sales) and at the same time I am kind of a IT project manager without IT background, I design with an IT agency members experience with different tools (members platform, crm workflows etc). First question here. B Business Applied Finance degree, finished by the end of 2020. I have experience in multiple roles in different industries, customer service 10+ years experience. I started a new job in a private lending company 6 months ago, excelled in everything and I’m doing everything from managing client enquiries to credit applications and enquiries, financial analysis. It’s a small company and you must work around the clock. I’m currently at $70k and I’m trying to negotiate to $85k

Hi Fishies, i have experience working on Oracle Peoplesoft as well as Oracle Cloud.
Now i have been interviewed and selected for Ameriprise where I would learn on the job and work on workday finance.
No WD certification.
Will it be a good choice in the long run?

I have been a software developer (professionally) for about 7 years now, but I’ve decided to move out from that job and do something else (still in tech).
I don’t know yet what to do exactly, but I know I just don’t want to be only writing code every day.
Tbh, I am scared. But I have set myself one year to learn something new.

I am starting a 4-months internship at a company B in January. However, I just heard from a company T that they will interview me for their full time position.

Company T is paying me way more (twice) than Company B. And I like company T more. However, they want me to start working in February if I get this position. If I end up getting the offer, I will have to quit my internship at Company B, almost immediately after I begin the internship.

I've been searching for a new job because I know I am underpaid. I have 12+ years of experience in the event industry and seven years in the Event Tech world. I interviewed with Netflix, Amazon, and Microsoft. I went through all the stages, but I was not selected. Any advice? I think I did great in all my interviews; my resume is solid, and I have four university degrees including a Master’s. I speak English and Spanish. Any advice of what my problem might be?
