I am on talent pool from april 1, and i am not getting relevant opportunities, what should my next step if any one can suggest. I also tried outside but not getting any opportunity. Completed 1 yr in citiustech.

Here in citiustech they will release you early(within a week) if you ask. Give interviews outside and there is requirements for immediate joiners. Tell that u can join immediately. All the best
Keep trying outside, there is a high chance of citiustech letting you go. And if any project requirement comes, jump on it with your dear life. Dont take this situation lightly.
Will they lay off if someone remains in talent pool for more than 4 months ?
I was there for exactly 3-4 months but I was involved in their internal project, if possible try getting involved in it. Also I had a frnd who was on tp for whole of 9 or so months who was working on this internal project with me.. so yeah it's kind off luck factor I suppose just keep doing something and keep learning new stack or better off get a new job that would pay good and get u some job security as well
I saw a referral mail, where they are looking to hire plsql and python resource. I see that you have those skill, why don't you reach out to the hiring person, its mentioned in the mail and ask them to consider you for whatever requirement they have
