Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.
Accenture
Any news of hike in ey India??EY

Hello!
I finished my final round(s) for a TAM position at Google (GCP) last week and was told by my recruiter that my feedback was great and that I made a solid impression on the team and am "firmly in the running". I was supposed to hear back this week (according to the recruiter) but he just told me that it's still in the process and that I'll have to wait for another week or so.
Is this common at Google ? I have heard they are notorious for being really slow with their hiring process.

MBA - half the class goes into finance or consulting, and average salaries are >140k/y
Will definitely look into that, hope I will be with the half that will get a good return on investment.
Do CS/SWE/Cybersecurity
Did you want to be starting out at $150k or are you OK with earning 150k after working for a few years?
I’m ok with getting 150K after few years of experience
my base is $120k but got a $32k bonus. I have a masters in cs. L9 Tech consultant at Accenture.
Computer Science. East to get to 150k and up with a masters in that. Good luck!
Will look into it. Thanks!
Good luck..!! I wish I had that kind of money to invest and get that much return
You don’t need a masters degree to earn this money. All you’re doing is getting a fat loan to pay off and more classes that go into 13th century European basket weaving.
Above that range with 4 years of experience and a bachelor … I think industry experience >>>> masters
Just work hard I make over $150 with no college education
