I am reaching the tipping point with my manager. He is consistently undermining me. I talked with him several times about it and he always says the same thing. He says he has good intentions and sweet talk and say he will make sure this won’t happen again. Then the same thing happens over and over again. It is affecting my mental health at this point. I don’t know what else to do. I have been looking for a new job but the market sucks. Any advice?

He’s lying to you and don’t see a problem with it. I’m not sure there is anything you can do.

You need to manager your manager. Bet him to the punch of you know something is coming or simply do not respond if he pushes back.

Luggage delay claim question

I used Chase explorer to buy tickets for my vacation and luggages were delayed for a month. Per chase term I am entitled $100 a day for 3 days. But the claim agency chase used has been asking for airlines response, which has not came (2month+ now). I am concerned insurance will use this as an excuse to never compensate. Is there a good way to handle this situation?
TIA

Good morning!

Still trying to figure out this whole Fishbowl thing, so here goes my first post.

I would love to get into provider credentialing, but all employers I've looked at want at least 3 years of experience. So, I'm looking at Provider Network Coordinator roles, because I'm finding some of those roles don't need AS MUCH experience. I'm a RHIT, and have been working in healthcare for nearly 10 years.

Any input on employers is appreciated!

Amerisourcebergen doesn't care about its employees. We have no mental health awareness. Has anyone worked at both an MBB and life science firm? Sometimes I think I would have been exposed to more interesting/ in depth / more drug heavy projects if I went the life science route. Right now I see a lot of org transformation and people / Corp strategy health care cases at an MBB. But not sure which is better when thinking of exit opportunities in pharma. Thoughts?
