I’m about to whistleblow on my non-profit organizations’s bad ethics, potential mismanagement of funds for personal/family gain, disregard for health/safety concerns, and their retaliation against employees for bringing up those concerns. They have a plan to fire my coworker and I already for making safety complaints.

Does anyone know of any good employment lawyers? Potentially any willing to take a pro bono case for public benefit?

Why do recruiters never tell you which agency they want to talk to you about until they get you on the phone? I don’t want to waste anyone’s time and it would be helpful to know this info from the initial outreach. My experience with this only applies to healthcare, but would imagine it’s the same in consumer as well. Anyone?

I have chronic health issues and I’m severely depressed. I can’t even get myself to work anymore. If I don’t quit, I’m in serious danger of being fired. I’m an immigration paralegal but I have an MA in human rights.
