I am seeking early release and provided approval from account and practice however the HR is denying for early release and she has set my LWD as original as soon as she realised that everyone provides their go ahead for early release .
I have escalated this action of HR and kept her manager in CC and all my project and practice managers.

Our firm told everyone no bonuses this year due to the pandemic. However, people like myself with high utilization received a “bonus” in terms of a gift card. My director notified me of this, but the other day my boss was mentioning how no bonuses this year really sucks.
