I am using a Classroom Economy in my Business class to teach my students money management, supply and demand, work place skills, marketing, and negotiating. I also apply this economy to behavior modification and rewards. So far the students are really into it. Every 2 weeks they get paid their vouchers that they can spend on things in my class Market. I love it when they ask me if they get "paid" this week. What rewards/systems do you use for classroom management?

Mental Health, inherited or choice? I am finding myself struggling with processing that ADD, Depression, or Bipolar is a chemical imbalance in the brain vs. behavioral therapy. The best analogy given to me is you would treat diabetics with insulin so why not consider prescriptions to help mental health. 2020 has thrown more at me than I’m able to handle. Has anyone here noticed a significant improvement after a prescription to help psych issues?
