I applied for Accenture, they asked me notice period & CTC expected I said 8LPA they were said they are happy to proceed and then scheduled technical interview ,I cleared that too now in offer letter they have mentioned 5.8 LPA with variable pay. I have 3 yrs exp in L2 soc. Will they again negotiate the salary of is this the final offer.

I have an interview for an in house position (only attorney) at a small non-profit focused on conservation easements. I am a transactional associate at a mid sized law firm. The prospect of freedom from the billable hour and contributing to meaningful work are the draws. The cons are that while the salary at the non-profit would only be slightly less than what I am making now, pay increases and opportunities for advancement will be much less than where I am now. How many billable hours per week is considered at capacity? I’m getting pushback on boundaries I’m setting about additional matters and marketing work from my firm when I’ve been billing 60-75 hours per week for the last 6 weeks, and I’m still behind on my work. I feel like it’s reasonable to not kill myself further to fit in more/turn things around faster at this point, but am I being unreasonable?
