Please suggest in terms of WLB, career progression, projects and overall work env. Pwc is giving WFH but not sure how long will it continue for (will it be permanent?) Just made a career pivot and accepted a job with Progressive in sales. I’ve heard more good things than bad about the company. 1. Deloitte USI - Analyst - 7.5 Lpa fixed + 75k variable + 3 lac joining bonus

2. EY India - Associate consultant - 8 Lpa fixed + 1.44 lpa variable + 2 lac joining bonus.

YOE: 1 year and TechStack - microservice development ( python + aws + azure)

Which one would be better to join, considering CTC, benifits and WLB?

Is it good to join TCS or should I wait for couple of more years, cause of there re-hire policy.
