I mentioned ECTC in the first call, now while enquiring about HR discussion with recruiter, he is telling it went for approval and I told I already informed ECTC will that be finalized after negotiation or what, he said the ECTC is higher, but we will decide once after budget is confirmed. What to do now? Budget range is not finalized from the team, but tell me what to do. Shall I ask what I quoted in call or more than that? more in comment
