I completed my face-to-face HR round at the LTIMindtree campus on May 26, 2025. I was informed that the offer would be released within two days. However, after following up on May 30, I was told that the manager responsible for the offer approval is currently on leave, so the process is still pending.

I have 3+ years of experience and am an immediate joiner.How many days it will take ltimindtree to release the offer letter ?

What's the protocol for adding internal portal mockups for a client to your portfolio? Is it expected, something that requires asking permission but is still generally OK, or frowned upon? I'm a developer trying to pivot to UX.

Nothing in the contract bc our SOW was originally dev only. If I need permission, I have a good rapport with the Corp Comm director and VP so would I contact them on LinkedIn, or is this something that's normally done through the employer?

My family mistreated me when I was younger, and now that I don’t live at home, they don’t call or bother to look for me, because frankly, I think they have a hard time admitting what happened - and will never apologize to me either. If I don’t call, or occasionally go see them during the holidays, we would never talk. Some of them are growing old (health-wise), and I’m scared this entire situation is just irreparable.
