I completed the interview process at HCL last month and shared all the required documents. I am currently awaiting the offer letter. However, today I received an application invite from the same HR, and it appears that my profile has created and been applied to different positions. This has left me confused, as I have not received any clear explanation from HR.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Any insights would be appreciated.

How do you bill your time? The busier I am the harder it is to bill. How do people actually bill contemporaneously in detailed terms when you bill 12 hours but literally did 100 different things in those 12 hours. And it’s never slow enough to go back and do it super detailed.

Join any dam company in world but dont join lala company HCL. Worked there for 20 days only last yr and 1year later i got my relieving letter after multiple tortures of legal notices for not serving notice period even though when they themselves released me.. from 160k to 0 that i paid them. I could easily sue them for harrasment but i didn't wanted to get involved in useless sh** and waste my time and energy .. BEWARE OF HCL
