I currently have a mini poodle (F) whos 5 and im really thinking about getting a second dog for her. I’d like a red golden doodle bc I believe these breeds will be compatible but im unsure if i should get another girl or if I should get a boy. Im worried abt any “catty” behavior from the 5 y/o towards the new pup. Any thoughts?

I just left my pre-seed startup that was running out of cash (we made $100,000 in revenue this year, and sunk $1m in costs). I was making $40,000 as a developer (plus 20k stock options at $1/share per year) and they refused to pay me any more money. I have 17,000 vested stock options, total number of shares at the time of my contract was 4million. I’ve practiced litigation in DC for about 5+ years at a larger plaintiffs’ firm, and am considering a switch to a defense firm. Is there any insight to how many billable hours this would require, and how much time that would actually be? For reference, the firm has a 1900 billable hour requirement and the partner said I would have “no problem” fulfilling that based on the work they have.
