I'm past what most think is retirement age, and I'm hardly slowing down - and I'm as "cool" as I ever was.
As to shareholder value: I figured out that was the ONLY answer a very, very long time ago. Because it includes posturing over all the "virtue-signalling" issues that people think corporations should spend resources on - but just enough to keep the SJWs at bay...

Hi. I would appreciate any advice on this. I have been working in TCS for 3 years in Support domain. I have completed my PGP in Data Science and Business Analytics. I have been trying to get placed in Accenture. I applied last November as a referral to Accenture. However, my resume was rejected. I thought it was because I was not serving notice period and still studying my PGP. However, I have completed my degree now and am looking to switch over. (In comments) Accenture

Recently was giving interview for Business /Digital transformation position.

Interviewer - tell me business model of cred , how they earn

Me- umm , they get some commission from on cc partners, they get user data which they can use for there analysis and offer them customised products in future.

Interviewer - no no not that

Me - ok yeah they have a shop section also. They get paid for on boarding different vendors on their platform. Continued
