VCA Client Consulting Manager salary?

Do VISA has 4 weeks work from anywhere policy? Do they have any flexible timings, I am going to join them in May but little skeptical about flexibility meanwhile I have got the offer from Mastercard so I am confused.

I just had my first behavioural interview with VCA for a Digital Consulting Manager role and the Dir said he was going to progress me to the next round.

I have never worked in consulting before, my background is all project management/marketing/advertising and I have an MBA. Wondering if anyone can give me an idea of the type of case questions they've been asked during their interviews for VCA.
