Hi, I have been interviewed for the Vice President - Engineering position at JPMorgan Chase . The first interview result was conveyed within 3 days. Regarding second interview, I am still waiting for the result. It's been more than 3 weeks now and have not received any response about it. The job application status shows "you are under consideration for an interview". Can someone let me know the general timeframe to receive a response, should I keep hope in getting the opportunity?JPMorgan Chase

Would you be able to shadow a generalist at your company? I have a recruiter who also wants to transition to generalist and when she shared that with me I made it a point to include her in some of my projects. Just so she can get some experience and her feet wet. It seems to have worked as management is creating a role for her outside of recruitment now because she did such a phenomenal job.
Wow that a great advice am also looking out for a generalist role .
I would look for a generalist role at a company where the generalist also does recruiting. That can help get you on the generalist path by leveraging a skill you already have.
