I plan to change my availability for me to not be able to work two days out of the week I'm thinking Wednesday's and Thursdays, so it's not a weekend or the beginning of the week.

I get it. I’m doing at least 50 hr weeks. I used to have a job that would schedule me 9 days in a row, would split my days off, etc. Needless to say, I spoke to manager and got that straightened out. I’d definitely talk to my manger to ask for a more consistent schedule. Maybe ask if you can change up your responsibilities to break the monotony.
That's very much something to complain about. Working 8/9 out of 9/10 days is exhausting. I guess it's better than getting no hours, but I still wouldn't be thrilled about it. Talk to your manager and see if it's possible to find some kind of middle ground where you still get paid enough to live on without completely burning yourself out.
Might be worth it to discuss if this is a temporary increase or if it’s permanent. I have had a crazy schedule lately, too. Difficult to work constantly and then have nothing.

It sounds like your schedule swung from too few hours to too many all at once, which can be exhausting. Talking to your manager about adjusting your availability is a reasonable step. Sometimes they don’t realize how heavy the schedule feels unless someone speaks up about it.

It makes sense to bring it up with your manager. Even if more hours sound good on paper, back-to-back shifts without a proper break can be exhausting. Adjusting your availability could help you avoid burnout and keep your energy up.
