I feel disappointed with how this process went. I interviewed with Dentsu for an Analyst/Data Scientist role, cleared the first round, and was asked for documents, which raised my hopes. After the second round, there was no clear update despite multiple follow-ups—only vague responses. Weeks later, I learned through a contact that I wasn’t selected. The lack of transparency and no official communication made the experience frustrating.

I have a coworker who keeps spouting comparative odds and situations in regards to the safety of the vaccine. Such as: you're twice as likely to get hit by lightening than have blod clots from JJ. It's very annoying and I find it to be really inapprorpriate, maybe because it's pushy or just I find these comparative things to be a bit irrelevant. How does one handle something like that? Can you shut the person down without starting a spat?
