Guys random question. Is their any role of participation in events like the one happened today in lcci IDS in the career progression? Everyone was singing dancing i felt like if I'm not participating it will affect my career progression in lilly.

Why is it so difficult to make the next career move within your OWN company. I have over 7 years of experience across multiple departments and yet an external company is more willing to give an interview to select roles than your own home company for the same role internally!!

Where is the loyalty in that !!??

I work in analytics/ data science and struggle with the fact that my computer can only run 1 external display! No one else on my team cares. Hi Guys, I came on a previsit and joined and then returned back to my Home Town but while signing the contract i saw that if you leave the company withing 2 year you have to pay entire relocation cost back.

1. My initial offer letter didnt have these clause mentioned.
2. Is Pre-Visit considered as a part of relocation, I came because they denied virtual onboarding .

Now my question i didnt take relocation package i was forced to come for onboarding.
