I owned a business for 6 yrs and had a B2C sales role for 3 yrs after (not SaaS). I’ve now been a B2B2C Key Account Manager at a Fitness Tech scale up for 6 mos and would like to be making more $ so am considering applying to other B2B SaaS companies. I currently own the entire (long) sales cycle from prospecting to account management. I’d like to stay in a similar role in another company. Will I have a difficult time landing an SDR/BDR, AE or CSM role elsewhere? I’m a 48 yo female.

It feels like my pay and title are lower than my scope of duties. I manage Youtube channels and do all strategy, planning, talent management, rework content for socials, reporting, graphic design, + a bunch of other stuff. Do you think I should be something like Video Content Manager? A Strategist maybe? My company doesn't have career pathing & I think they'd be happy to keep giving me more work with the same pay. Hi! Recently discussed an associate graphic designer role with a recruiter. Is it reasonable to expect an 85k base in NYC? Am I underselling myself? They started with it being a 75-80k budgeted position. What are typical base salaries for someone with 4.5 ttl YOE? Does it matter that 3 YOE was in an adjacent industry?
