I feel like I'm plateauing. My current role has me doing basic transactional sales with no room for skill development. There's no sales training, my territory is limited, and I rarely get to work on complex deals. I want to become a better salesperson and eventually move into enterprise sales, but how do I build those skills when my job keeps me in this box?

Has anyone here filed for short term disability while for anxiety and depression? If so, what was the process like?

I'm an RN of 7 years, experience as a coordinator, on committees and do all the things. But now I just don't want to go to work anymore. I have anxiety every morning over nothing, just having to go perform my job. I could do my job in my sleep so I'm just lost and confused. My body is clearly sending me messages to leave. But where do I go? I think I need to step out of patient care.
