Maybe start giving 80% at work? That way you have some time and bandwidth and energy for your family when you get home. At the end of the day, your job won't be there for you for the rest of your life in the same way that your family will, and you won't get these years back.
You need to find some discipline and start imposing some boundaries. Going overboard at work is pointless if you're shortchanging or neglecting your family. Either that or find a less challenging job. There's nothing wrong with taking a step back if the pace can't be handled.
