I felt disappointed with sap labs recruitment so recently I got call from them for interview , I gave face to face interview in there office and cleared both the rounds my hr told you have positive feedback and wait for a day or 2 for hr round , after 2 days they asked for documents but never called for hr discussion now 1 day later I called and they are saying positions are on hold which I feel like a stupid reason to give they are clearly hiring a lot but don’t know why I faced this

How long does your firm wait to tell you your compensation after a promotion?

Promotions went out Jan 3 and compensation will be revealed late Feb. Is this typical?
