If you are Technical then Sap labs is the good option as you will be working on Product Development mostly, but may have to also do support depending on team.

Sap labs has better employee policies but onsite is limited or non existent.

Sap India is consulting org and is more suitable for functional roles though technical roles are also available. They mostly work for Indian Clients and is similar to Deloitte, Accenture in type of work.

Sap SDC is also consulting but unlike sap India the clients are global and scope for onsite is there.

I have heard SAP India does consulting work and Labs mostly develops products for SAP. In terms of perks Labs is better

I have received offer from Shell and SAP labs is in final stage salary discussion. Shell is offering 6 lacs more than @SAP labs. I have tried to negotiate a lot from SAP but they are not ready.
