I gave final round on the 10th October and from the helpdesk I got to know that I have cleared final round but accenture arranged another final round on yesterday and in that round interviewer asked only technical questions with code syntax.

There were no any managerial questions. Also he didn’t ask any location preference and any information for projects which I will have to work.

Will they consider both the final round for selection or they will evaluate me from last final round given?

Has anyone found a way to automate salary certifications?

We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?

I cleared technical round and during final call with HR, my salary expectations were higher as per HR.

My current CTC is 9lpa, skill-IAM and Java, YOE-3. I asked for 14lpa, best they could give was 11lpa. I know I asked a lot.

She didn't care to negotiate and cut my call and now they put my candidature on hold. Can I expect call back? Or i can consider myself rejected?
