Any chemistry teachers that follow a curriculum that has premade lesson plans, PowerPoint slides and activity aligned with the standards?
I gave my step brother $20k in March to help buy his 2nd investment property. We agreed that he would return the money in Dec. He reassured me all the time when we spoke that he would pay me back and that he was very grateful for my help. Our parents just had a nasty break up after almost 20 yrs together. I recently spoke to him about getting my money back next month and he claimed that I gifted it to him and nothing is in contract so he doesn’t owe me anything. I feel so stupid and used. WWYD?

I have just completed my first of 12 CIMA exams and I can’t seem to motivate myself to study at the expense of my side hustle when I don’t see myself in Consulting long term.
I know I will gain some valuable lessons from CIMA for future ventures but it is a 3 year qualification alongside a demanding job with minimal downtime.
Should I try and qualify or focus on saving money and my side hustles?
Also, do I need to qualify to work as a consultant in Big 4 or can I opt not to sit exams?

For those familiar with the Ronaldo phone smack incident—Is it victim blaming for trying to take a lesson away from this? To be clear: Ronaldo is 100% the aggressor. Kid is 100% the victim.
I would never say “well you shouldn’t have done that” to this specific child but say to my own children “look, don’t act this way because while adults shouldn’t hit you, people aren’t perfect and they won’t be punished until after you’ve been struck”. Welcome any perspectives here.

California leasing lawyer here. Anyone have any idea whether a tenant's waiver of rent relief/eviction moratoria ordinances would be enforceable? I'm doing a relatively simple extension amendment (which the landlord would not enter into if the tenant were going to turn around in a month, stop paying rent and claim relief under the ordinance) and thought about including language pursuant to which the tenant waives the ordinances in consideration of landlord's entering into the extension.
