Games are super fun, don’t take them too seriously. They’re usually trying to test how many you can get right within the given time frame so move quickly but not at a pace that sacrifices accuracy. For the interview, make sure you reduce as many “um’s” and “er’s” as possible, maintain eye contact with the camera, and don’t move around or fidget. Prepare some basic questions in advance- what is your background; why are you interested in FFTF; why would you be a good fit…etc. Looking and sounding confident is key! Good luck :)

The HireVue will cover basic behaviorials. So, practice your stories with another person as many times as it takes to have them down. Using multiple different practice partners will help you get different feedback on where your answers can be improved. The games are logic based. So, think about how you normally play a board game like Settlers of Catan or Monopoly. Use the information and resources you have to make the best decisions statistically. As the game progresses, adapt your strategy if new information is presented or you need to increase or reduce risk. Given the time constraint, you should focus more on the behaviorals for your HireVue and just get the reps in so you feel confident for that piece of the interview.
Will add they’ve traditionally included questions about current business news you find interesting and how youve used technology to make work easier
