I’m 23 years old, so this is the second election in which I’m old enough to vote. All 3 candidates that I’ve had the chance to support have been utter scumbags, terrible people who the majority of Americans find despicable and/or inept. Maybe I’m biased because of my small sample size (2 elections) but isn’t this an obvious sign that something major needs to change? I look at other countries who are led by genuine, trustworthy leaders and don’t understand why we aren’t having this conversation.

Today I slept in until 9:30, ate breakfast in bed that my SO picked up from an expensive pastry shop, and then settled in for several hours of SATC re-runs and working on a puzzle. Tonight I’m going to a house party and have no concern for how that impacts my Sunday. THIS is one of many reasons I love being CF ☺️

My CTC is 15L.. year of exp 5.8. may i know what is the max salary range for B7 role.. i heard that normalisation will happen if our ctc is more than the max salary range for our grade.. how much avg hike we can expect in the upcoming appraisal cycle?
