Yes! Take it!! The burnout is only going to get worse. Even if you end up making the exact same amount, it's worth it to get away from a toxic environment.
That's my thinking too. It doesn't sound like it could possibly be worse than what OP is already dealing with. I don't see any downside. If I had the chance to take off for the chance of things being easier, I would definitely do it.

Unless the difference in pay is really punishing you should take the offer. If you've feeling burned out at work, that will just continue. And getting an offer in today's job market is pretty much a rare occurrence, so it may not be wise to pass it up.
