I got an offer letter from TCS where the fixed salary component is lesser than my current fixed component. I raised it to the responsible HR but it was of no help. Can anyone suggest me how can I revise my offer letter?

I was hired within the last year as a site supervisor. I did well my first few projects with the company. They asked if I’d be interested in transitioning into a construction manager role. I agreed. Now I still am the site supervisor on projects but I’m also doing all the construction manger duties on the project as well. Essentially 2 jobs for one salary. We have yearly reviews in December but no talks of raise have been discussed. Any help on approaching this to my boss?
