I got offer as Al/ML Engineer. I have some other offers but optum is better in terms of pay.

I am looking for stability and longer stint. I saw few posts about layoffs and it impacted Al/ML team as well. If anyone is aware, please share your view on possible future layoffs/ how is the team and work culture.
