I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

For startups, there's often little focus on one strategy, and you may find yourself trying a few things before something stick.
Developing a Domain Authority and Thought Leadership should be a priority but it will take time.
Do you find that your startup is patient enough to wait for results? Fast growth / acquisitions is typically the biggest priority from what I see. Or do you have Paid ads on autopilot and work on long-term goals?
I do find that over communicating on your intent and agreeing on the goals and priorities help get your exec team onboard with your initiatives. This should happen at the start (first 90 days). Also explaining the why and the how you are going to achieve these goals, giving an ETA and measuring your progresses, reporting on results will help you build credibility in your process.
Finally if you find that the process needs to be optimised to meet the goals, communicate your findings and explain what you are changing and why.
Your first 90 days are the most important to build trust in your marketing approach.
Depending on the startup budget, a marketing mix made of paid ads and organic reach is a good combination to start build brand awareness.
If the company has unrealistic expectations, you will need to find case studies and data to support your arguments.
Works now, thanks a lot! Very interesting content, and to the point :)
