I got offer from xyz, they are asking me to upload resignation acceptance letter or experience letter but after doing resignation I didn't get any till now. In cognizant do we get any resignation accp letter after resignation?They are also asking the tentative date to provide them. That means can I keep expected date. Please help .

Been having trouble moving on since girlfriend ended relationship 3 weeks ago after 2+ years of dating. Before ending it she came over 3 weeks prior to basically give me a chance to work things out and we had a good discussion but then I went back into our routine and didn’t really fight for it or have serious follow up convos that we needed. One of the team member has applied leaves for continuous 3 days this month. Later she applied for a 15 days leave saying a medical emergency. Both the leaves were rejected from her manager saying connect with HR. though she is on leave without PM leave approval and this is not even prior notice to the team.
