I got selected for the mortgage process role and completed all documentation by 16th June 2025. My BGC status is still showing as Initiated. Initially, my joining date was showing 16th July 2025, but I haven’t received any further communication from the onboarding team. Now, the joining date is showing as NA on the portal.
Is anyone else from Pune facing the same issue or has any update?

Hi All, I have an urgent query regarding TCS BGC process. My issue is that I have worked in X, Y and Z companies.
In X company I worked for 26months but my pf account is there for last 13months, before that my salary was very low so sometimes I got salary in hand or in pay cheque. I do have salary account statement for most of the months except 3-4 months in between my tenure. Will I face any issue for this?
Note: I do have good relationship with X company.
