Annual bonus which is called AIP in Deloitte is not defined in offer AIP is not a set percentage and varies based on year and individual performance assuming nothing on first year but gets better after first year. Base + 10% variable = 22.5 LPA

CreditSafe

Basic 8.24 L

Reimbursement component 3.18L

PF 1800 + 1800 = 3600

Base + NO variable = 24.5 LPA

Which one would be better option?

Why CreditSafe has that much reimbursement component? Are bills required to get it?

Why only 1800 as PF in CreditSafe?

Hello, first post here. Outside sales, merchant services/card processing. I’m primarily a welder but I work 4 10-hour shifts typically then I try sales the last three days. I’ve done it long enough to where I’m confident and comfortable going to new businesses, establishing some rapport with business owners.
