I graduated two months ago and have been working hard to build the skills required to become a Data Analyst. Over the past two months, I’ve been actively applying for roles and continuously learning to strengthen my knowledge. However, despite my efforts, I’ve faced constant rejections and haven’t yet received an opportunity to attend even a single interview. I’m trying to understand what I might be doing wrong and would appreciate any guidance or advice from this community.

My current CTC is 14.70 and have an offer of 18lpa fixed+3.60 lakhs variable pay.

Moved to Canada on a work permit but recently got my PR approved. It’s been a 4 month wait to get the actual PR card and I have a family trip coming up soon.
