Bain & Company Bain & Company Do you have any insights into what they are expecting in the second (last) round? I saw that there are two cases and a presentation. Are they more interested in professionalism than the "analytical" skills assessed in the first round? Do you have any more insights into the presentation?
Many thanks in advance

You do not have or need allotted ‘sick days’ and are well protected if you are genuinely ill, ie you can’t be fired for it if evidenced. Most orgs will let you take a week off sick without any problem or even proof, otherwise you can get a doctors note for free. Concerns only get raised if you are taking repeated sick days without evidence.
We really don’t favour ‘employment at will’ as a concept, and it’s not often seen, you really need a cause such as misconduct or consistent poor performance or redundancy to be dismissed.
