I had a bond with my previous company (the one before my current) which I broke, and didn't pay the bond breakage amount. As a result the company didn't issue me a relieving certificate and experience letter. I will be joining MBRDI in the coming months. I have two options; either to discuss this with the HR or pay the bond breakage amount to the company and get my certificates. What do you think I should do?

I am a construction project manager and have managed very high end 40,000 + custom estate projects. I am looking to do residential development projects as well but need a finance partner. If anyone is interested in partnering for projects please contact me. Projects would be self-performed without the need for a GC and various soft costs.

Hey all, looking to move to EY as a Senior Consultant in the Finance Transformation practice. Could anyone help me understand what’s the salary range for this role? Or more generally, the ranges for different Senior Consultant roles in the firm? Thanks for your help.

Hi all, asking on behalf of my SO. He’s currently in a backend engineer security role and wants to move into an infra related one. He’s in talks with his manager about moving internally in his current company but that is still in discussion. He just got an offer from another company for an infra role but they need an answer in the next week. How do you guys suggest he push for a decision from his manager about the internal move. Should he tell his manager he has another offer?

I need some advice. I’m the Director for a women’s only RTF. Everyone on site is my direct report, with the exception of the therapists (they report to the Clinical Director). The clinical director is not usually on site, since we have multiple locations, and she is the CD for the entire company. One of the therapists has been a manipulative snake since she started here last December. This is her first job after college and she just turned 23. See comments for more info…
