I had been sailing for last 20 years approximate. With a Masters experience of 52 months, I kept trying for a shore job till I finally got me a job as an Independent Marine surveyor with a certificate validity of 2 years. Later with the help of my freind got myself a Marine superintendent job for about 2 Years in my home country ( 3rd world country). With all the expertise when I apply for a job in Singapore / Italy / Germany / Australia for a sponsor based job no one replies back. Why?
