How are salaries in Montreal for planners?

I found out a soon to be 2nd year associate got a 10k raise making his salary 110k now, while I, the soon to be 3rd year associate got a 2k raise making my salary 107k. So now the 2nd year male associate is making more money than me. How do I bring this up to the partners?

Hi all got selected in Infosys, any idea what will be my take home if i get CTC of 16 lpa... The HR told my VP will be 15% so excluding vp it's going to be 13.6.. so now what wil be my take home... Any guesses.. TIA...

We Indians are so poor we can't think anything else except money. Whole Fishbowl is all about YOe and Salary. No one interested about if any company doing any innovation or not. B-Tech colleges put ads with Package and Campusing only. Almost 99% Indian YouTube thumbnail is like "5 lakh to 40 lakh", "Interview Experience in bracket 50Lpa" etc.. Hardly we can see Foreign Editorial things marked with Packages.

Just got a freelance gig for $1250 for 2 shoot days, but they’re asking for hourly rate for prep days. Not sure what rate to give them & if I should base it on a 10 or 12 hr hourly rate. It’s LA based & content/digital production. I’m not a fan of hourly rates, but I don’t want to lose the gig or end up agreeing to less days than I actually end up working..

I am working in Infosys at 8.5 lpa and holding an offer from JMI ( Jean Martin Incorporation) for Investment banking analyst role at 10 lpa (negotiable). Curious if anyone else is or has been in the same boat. I started as an assistant at an entertainment law firm prior to passing the bar. Upon passing, the partner told me they would hire an assistant for me since I now became an associate. I have an expensive subscription to a reporting database and I am supposed to translate these technical reports into 20-30 slides.
