I have 1 month experience later I joined one mnc and worked there 2 years now I am joining 3rd mnc so should I need to mention that 1 month experience I have relieving letter but I don't have offer letter I informed same to my 3rd company hr and they informed me to remove that 1 month experience but it's showing in epf so does it will impact my bgv?

Which company are you joining? If that company use epfo portal for BGV then it will be a problem. But some companies won't verify with the epfo portal. Like HCL, Accenture, wipro all will do bgv by UAN epfo portal. So just confirm with HR before joining.
