I have 2 offer one from sapient and other one from cba(offered less) ,sapient pay is high(30 percent more than cba),isaw the reviews about commonwealth as they are converting Qa to Dev(I am interested in development),but less pay ,and saw lots of negative reviews,can you please share your thoughts on this. Cba post is associate software eng and sapient in senior Qa,is the transition really happening in cba??if the transition is happening from Qa to Dev? Is it pure development?and how is sapient
