Currently interviewing for a Cloud Program Manager role in the PSO. Had my first interview first week of May and the recruiter emailed me two weeks later letting me know that I was going to move to the second round, and asked for dates I was available. Its been 2 weeks (have emailed her a couple times) since I've heard from her. Wondering how I should approach this? I've heard the interview process can take awhile, and just want to make sure I'm managing expectations for hearing back

Does delaying my interview hurt my chances of getting an offer? Looking at how aggressively McKinsey is hiring, I’m afraid delaying interviews may put me at a disadvantage. On the flip side, I’m working pretty long hours at my current job so I don’t have a lot of prep time. Please advise!

I left my job about a year ago to relocate, make sure it was the right decision and start a side business in the mean time. Now I’m actively looking for a new sales position, have tons of experience, but am struggling to even get a response from job apps. I am wondering if this is because of my employment gap? I don’t have my side business listed on my resume because I don’t feel like I have enough positive “stats” to report yet given it’s new. Any advice or recommendations?

I had an interview for Cloud Consultant role last year with Google and while I was able to clear Telephone screen, Role related knowledge, Leadership round, Cloud Case Study, I was unable to clear GCA. What can I do to improve myself on that? I was recently referred to a Cloud Program Mgr. vacancy within Google’s Public Sector offering and am wondering if there are any hiring freezes that may prevent movement on the role?
