Make the switch. If you had to fight for a promotion then they don’t value your work and the new place does.
Your current place may see it as being disloyal after they gave you what you wanted but you have to look out for you and if your new opportunity is better then do it.
I have just accepted the offer. Thank you all for your advice!
Thank you!!
Take the money. How your current place treated you should be enough to tell you how they will continue to eff you over
I would say take the new position. They promised you a promotion and then only have it to you bc you fought for it? They don’t know your worth. And also don’t stick to their word.

Go to your current company and see if they’ll counter. Be honest and tell them these conversations with the new company have been happening for a while and it would be a great opportunity for you ($$$). If they don’t match or exceed the offer, take it if that $15k means a lot. More than $1k a month additional pay!
